Lets Build Diorama- New Book

Let's Build Diorama by László Adóba and László Harsányi is now available in English.

The English edition of the book will be available from 10th December. This book, intended for beginner and not-so-beginner diorama builder is a step by step guide for scratch building dioramas, using just the simplest tools and materials.

No expensive or specialized thing is used, so it's ideal for those ones who want to try themselves and experiment without worrying about wasting a lot of money.

In the B5 format soft bound book there are more than 250 colour photos on 64 pages, showing the construction steps. The accompanying text calls your attention to where you have to be careful and how can you avoid typical traps.

As the title indicates this is first volume of a series, dealing just with the urban scene. The next book will contain the natural environment, desert, snow, mud, trees, flowers etc. and will be published in the latter part of 2010.

The book can be ordered through from now on László’s homepage and until 31 December there is a 15% off the price and postage costs (now 14,70 Euro in Europe and 15,75 to the rest of the world).

László is also seeking distributors for the book.

Hi Tom, no, we do not have any vendors yet. :-( You can order the book directly through our site, and it's 15,75 Euro (cc.23-24 USD) including the shipping costs. Taking that last time when I ordered a book from the US on e-bay the postage was 19 USD, I think it's a fair deal ;) .
