Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..........possibly. I would more than likely be interested. I have to feed that campaign addiction you know!! Are you going to have a main theme or just WWI figures in general? I am sure that I could come up with an idea for something. When are you thinking of having it? Thanks for another good campaign idea. HARV |

Well, snce my snper campaign vignette never got off the drawing board, I'll most likely go with that idea; I'll be using the Warriors WWI tommy (x2), one will be stock, one will be a minor conversion. |

I already have an idea for a vignette base/scene. It will incorporate mud, barbed wire and a shell hole. I just have to come up with a figure. I thought about getting some of the WWI Emhar figure sets and using a figure(s) out of one of them. I have heard that the sets are not very good but I thought I might be able to do something with them. I really don't like resin so I stay away from it. Are there any good injected plastic WWI figures out there? Thanks, HARV |

I also have the old Warriors WWI German, that I want to use in a vignette depictng Paul Baumer (the man character/narrator in All Quiet on the Western Front) in the scene where he spends the night in "No Man's Land" with the dying French soldier that he bayonetted, but I still have find the dead French soldier. |

I'll join. I'll be doing this same figure, but with the younger head (I will give him some hair too). Lovely figure. |

I'm going to follow this and see if anything in 1/35th scale turns up. I just bought Emhar's WWI German soldier set set and I was stunned! They are about the equivalent of the plastic Army men I played with as a kid. The set had 8 figures, 2 of each. They are one piece set on a thick base. What a waste of money they were! I have some WWI tanks in the stash and thought a soldier or two would help set them off. If anybody is thinking of these, think hard! |

I was about to do a second sniper for the snipercampaign, but since it is a WW1 Britsh sniper, I am thinking about launching it here, instead. That would buy me enough time to go for a more elaborate base, too! So, I am... |

Thanks Jim, I was actually thinking of buying a set of the German and British figures. I hadn't heard too much good about them but I thought that maybe they would be ok. I am glad that you described what they are like. So I guess I will have to look around for something else. Thanks again, HARV |

I don't dissagree, and as the person who probably has to approve this I'll recommend it runs for 6 months. However, Janne, would you be interested in the campaign or not were it to run for longer? |

Simon,
Could you please edit your initial post to show the proposed time period, scales, and the names of those interested in the campaign? It'll save me from having to trawl the thread trying to count the numbers.
Thanks
Rudi |
